Pre-Pharmacy General Courses at Metro State

Due to the nature of the pre-Pharmacy requirements (see the link below), students interested in Pharmacy usually major in Chemistry or Biology at Metro State. These programs are described in detail in the Metro State Catalog and at this link.

Good performance in mathematics and science (Chemistry, Biology) courses (a GPA of 3.0 and higher) is one of the School of Pharmacy applicant-screening criteria.
