HEY METRO STATE JUNIORS!
Do you have what it takes to be THE APPRENTICE?
The Apprentice Challenge @ Metro State is a program loosely based on the reality show made famous by über-entrepreneur Donald Trump.
But instead of being fired, Metro State’s version provides a unique and rewarding opportunity for 10 college juniors to broaden their personal and professional networks.
Supported by corporate sponsors, teams of students will assist local nonprofit organizations and businesses implement community-based projects in the spring 2009 semester. Students will be evaluated both individually and as a team.
The lucky student who is hired in May 2009 will receive a paid internship with a local company and a full tuition scholarship for their upcoming senior year.
The 2008-2009 “Apprentice Challenge @ Metro State” is open to:
- Metro State students of ALL majors and schools,
- Students who currently have 60-89 credit hours, and
- Students who currently have a minimum GPA of 2.75.
