New Food Services on Auraria Campus

The following information about campus food service was provided by the Student Advisory Committee to the Auraria Board.

Starbucks will be the new face in the Auraria Library, operating Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday will be optional.

The Mercantile welcomes Einstein Bros Bagels. It will open in August and operate Monday-Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday will be optional.

Wok & Roll will be the new feature in the Tivoli Food Court. They too will open in early August with the operating hours of Monday-Thursday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Good Stuff will remain on campus in its current location at the crossroads of the library and the Central classroom, open Monday-Thursday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Pete's Arena at the Tivoli Student Union is under construction and its anticipated opening date is mid July. Pete's Arena will offer an Italian menu featuring pizza, strombolis, calzones, hot sandwiches and salads. Pete's will be open Monday-Thursday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday is optional.

As the Auraria community has the opportunity to experience the new food services, SACAB's Food Services Advisory Sub-Committee welcomes any feedback. Suggestion boxes are located in several student lounge areas throughout the campus and comments can also be sent via email to sacab@ahec.edu.
