Installation cost per jack ranges from $120 to $300, based on time and materials. Garcia will ask AHEC to perform an estimate, if needed. Depending on the scope of work, there may be an additional charge for the estimate.

Orders for network data jacks are placed through the Metro State Help Desk (helpdesk@mscd.edu or 303-556-8325). The cost for each is $100 to $300, but may be more if additional network electronics are needed or if the location selected for the jack does not have the basic infrastructure for networking. When the jack is ready, IT will provide network cables and assist with connecting the technology equipment (such as a printer or workstation).
