Faculty, please remind your students that in-state students who plan to attend Metro for the 2005 Fall Semester should apply for their College Opportunity Fund (COF) stipend before they register for fall classes; registration for the 2005 Summer and Fall semesters begins Monday, April 4. Students who do not apply for the stipend will be liable for the full cost of in-state tuition.

The stipend is currently $80 per credit hour; however, the exact amount will be determined during the current legislative session.
