Departments: Need funds?

Looking for a quick and easy way to raise funds for your department? The Alumni Relations Office is making tickets available to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular on Dec. 9 at their cost of $20. The department receives all the profits for every ticket it sells, and determines how the funds will be used: scholarships, faculty support, departmental needs, etc. This opportunity runs until Dec. 3 only.

The Alumni Relations Office will provide each interested department with an electronic flyer, reservation cards and instructions. Departments simply promote the event and take tickets orders. The alumni office will do the rest: process the orders, mail tickets and send tax-deduction letters.

Ticket prices start at $50 and go up to $125, which includes a pre-show reception. The event starts at 7:30 p.m. in the Buell Theatre at the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Interested departments should contact Alumni Relations Director Cherrelyn Napue, 303-556-6933, or napue@mscd.edu.
