| Help Desk now on the Web |

The MSCD Help Desk system is now available to users via the Web. Not only can you enter your own help calls, you can review the status and history of your existing and previous help calls. Instructions on using the Help Desk on the Web are available at: http://www.mscd.edu/~infotech/training/footprints/userguide.pdf IT recommends you print and review this document before attempting to enter a call. To enter a help call on the Web, go to http://helpdesk.mscd.edu. Use your Windows User ID and Password to log in and complete all requested fields. Always include your location, telephone number and computer number. After entering the call, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If additional information is required, you will receive an e-mail back with instructions. Of course you can continue to call the Help Desk at 303 556-8325 for assistance. You can also submit a help call via e-mail at mscd-ithelpdesk@mscd.edu. Simply write up a brief description of the request or issue in the subject line and a detailed description in the body of the e-mail. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when the request is successfully registered. |
