AHEC Facilities Management's Access Control Shop has the following walk-in hours for encoding campus ID cards for approved faculty, staff and students. These encoded campus ID cards are used as keys for campus building and room access in most buildings on campus. There is no charge for this service.

Beginning May 2, 2005, the hours of operation at Facilities Management for encoding ID cards while you wait are:

Tues., Weds, Thurs.: 8- 9 a.m.
Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri.: 1-2:30 p.m.

Approved faculty, staff and students may also drop off ID cards to Facilities Management located at 1156 7th Street for pick up (typically) the next business day. All prior approvals by the department must be on file or brought in with the ID. For encoding times other than the walk-in hours listed above, call 303-556-4296 to schedule an appointment.
