Dec. 16: Mail Services and Central Receiving are closed from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Dec. 20: Bulk mailings must be in to Mail Services by this day to be processed before the Holiday Break. All bulk mailings received after Dec. 20 will be held until Jan. 3 to be processed and taken to the U.S. Postal Service.

Dec. 23: Mail Services will deliver and pick up your mail. Central Receiving will deliver only express/overnight items, not bulk items. Courier Services will not run on Dec. 23. Please have FedEx or UPS items available for pick up before noon. If you have an item that is urgent to be delivered that day, please contact Mail Services at 303-556-3265 to see if they can accommodate your request.

Dec. 24 - Jan. 2: Mail Services will be closed for all mail processing. You can, however, pick up your mail from 9-11 a.m. each weekday from Dec. 27 through Dec. 30 in the Administration Building at 1201 5th Street, Room 170. Please bring identification with you. Central Receiving will be open to receive (no deliveries) from Dec. 27- Dec. 30, 8 a.m. to noon only. If you are looking for an item during these times please contact Dwayne at 303-556-8401.

Jan 3: During the break, Mail Services and Central Receiving will take in large quantities of mail and parcels. On Jan. 3, Mail Services and Central Receiving will deliver large volumes of mail and parcels to your department. If your department has a small volume, it will be placed in your lock box as usual. There may be a delay of your delivery time due to heavy volume; please be patient.

Jan. 4: Normal mail and parcel services will resume.
