Metro Goes Retro homecoming events are happening all around us. Tonight is the Retro Dodge Ball Tournament for students, faculty, staff and alumni. The event will be held in the Auraria Events Center gym and Green Room from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Come out and cheer for your favorite team.

The Homecoming pep rally, featuring the men's and women's basketball teams, will be held tomorrow at noon at the flagpole. There will be free food, music and more. Tomorrow is also Retro Metro Day—if you wear a retro outfit you might win a prize from Rowdy the Roadrunner.

The culmination of the week's events will be the basketball games on Friday against Nebraska-Kearney. The women's game is at 5 p.m. and the men's is at 7 p.m. Halftime features the crowning of the Roadrunner Royalty and the naming of the Most Favorite Professor. Afterward, it's Friday Night Fever, a free post-game party and dance in the Tivoli. Tickets to the VIP suite at the game have all been sold, but $5 general admission tickets can be purchased at the door. Metro students can attend the games free.
