Laptop Encryption Reminder

Dear Colleagues:

We are a little over a week into our abbreviated laptop encryption process and have had a very positive response. If you have already brought us your laptop, I want to thank you for your participation. If, however, you have not yet had the opportunity to bring your laptop to us, we would like to remind you to bring it to WC241 at your earliest convenience. The encryption deadline is May 11, 2007.

Those of you who still need to bring your laptop(s) in for encryption will be receiving a call from one of the IT representatives to schedule a day to bring it in. Please don't feel like you need to wait for a call, however.

You may bring it over anytime between the hours of 7am and 7pm Monday thru Friday. For your convenience, we are opening up Saturday hours from 12-4 for appointments as well, so if you bring your laptop in on Friday, you may be able to pick it up on Saturday, if you would like. You may also drop it off on Saturday, making it possible to pick it up Monday afternoon or early Tuesday.
