Faculty: Kathryn Cooper
Kathryn Dupuy Cooper has been a member of the Colorado Symphony , the Boise Philharmonic, the Sun Valley Summer Symphony, the Pacific Symphony and the Brooklyn Chamber Orchestra. She holds degrees from the University of Southern California and The Juilliard School, and received fellowships to the Tanglewood, Spoleto, and Bach Aria Festivals. She has performed with the Oregon Symphony, Central City Opera, Sarasota Opera and Des Moines Metro Opera. Ms. Cooper currently performs with the Colorado Ballet Orchestra, The Mercury Ensemble, and has taught oboe at Metropolitan State College of Denver since 2005. She received a Grammy nomination for Best Small Ensemble in 2006. |
