Data in Non-table format.

Not all data requires a table, but it in most cases a table provides the best solution for displaying your data. However, if for some reason you cannot put your numeric data into a table, try a format something like this:

Star observation
First Observation
Date: January 14, 2006
Time of Disappearance: 9:15 p.m.

Second Observation
Date: January 15, 2006
Time of Disappearance: 9:11 p.m.

Time Difference: 23 hours, 56 minutes

Reading it like it appears above is much easier than when students lump everything into one paragraph like this:

Star observation. First Observation. Date: January 14, 2006. Time of Disappearance: 9:15 p.m. Second Observation. Date: January 15, 2006 Time of Disappearance: 9:11 p.m. Time Difference: 23 hours, 56 minutes

Please do NOT lump your data all together into a single paragraph as above, especially if it includes numerical data!

Of course, your particular data will be different for different activities, put hopefully you get the idea.
