Yoga for Everyone

The Health Center at Auraria invites you to attend Yoga. Yoga is about gently bringing your body and your mind back in touch with each other. It helps to relieve built up tension and stress and might even change your life. For all levels. No sign up necessary. This class is ongoing and you can attend at any time. No cost.
