Bush and Co. may benefit from flu

Lies, lies and more lies. The Bush administration has told so many I can hardly keep track. This time, the lie is the impending doom of the world population that can be found in the form of the Avian Flu.

Whenever Bush proposes a plan or asks congress for money, I always think, who will get rich off of this scam? Bush asked congress for over $7 billion to prepare for the potential pandemic and more than $2 billion will go toward vaccines. The obvious answer to the "who is getting rich" question is clear: Donald Rumsfeld.

Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld is the former chairman of Gilead.

According Gilead's Website, in September 1996, Gilead and F. Hoffmann-La Roche entered into a collaborative agreement to develop and market remedies that treat and prevent viral influenza. Under the agreement, Roche received exclusive worldwide commercial rights to Gilead's influenza inhibitors, including Tamiflu, a worthless drug that does not treat the Avian Flu and only reduces the number of days one is sick. As part of the agreement, Roche and Gilead jointly conducted the clinical development of ostelamivir phosphate, the active ingredient in Tamiflu. Gilead receives payments from Roche for the successful completion of program milestones and royalties on product sales.

Rumsfeld is a major shareholder of Gilead and is not the only Bush crony who will grossly profit from the latest "Chicken Little scam." Former Reagan-Bush Secretary of State George P. Schulz is on the Gilead board of directors.

Bush has asked congress for close to a trillion dollars during his term as president to push his radical agendas. He has also used sophisticated propaganda campaigns to instill fear as a psychological tool to rally support and social acceptance of legislative policies. He has proposed the use of the National Guard and military to quarantine communities and entire states if the Avian Flu mutates into a form that will affect humans. Could this be the beginning of martial law? Are Americans being manipulated and targeted for globalistic agendas?

My Met Radio show co-host, Geoff, calls me a radical conspiracy theorist. I consider myself an informed citizen. I have my theories and I think that since the white-collar bioterrorists did not kill enough of us with their laboratory-created viruses such as AIDS, SARS, and West Nile, a new super-germ will do the trick. After all, this imaginary virus will serve two agendas: making some rich white guys even more rich, and reducing the population.

Dr. Leonard Horowitz is an internationally known authority on public health, behavioral science, emerging diseases and bio-terrorism. He wrote in his thesis titled "The Avian Flu Fright is Politically Timed," that in order to create a human vaccine specific to the H5N1 mutant virus, you must first start with the human virus, which does not yet exist, except perhaps in a military-biomedical pharmaceutical laboratory.

According to news reports, to produce the human pathogen the Avian Flu virus must be cultured for a lengthy period of time in human cell cultures. Then the man-made virus is injected into monkeys and probably unsuspecting humans to see if the experimental subjects get sick.

Horowitz also stated in his thesis that "viral mutations over time is a function of the agent's newness. New man-made viruses, laboratory creations like the ones currently being prepared for vaccine trials are less stable, not having evolved over the millennia. Thus, the entire vaccine effort is largely, if not entirely, a sham with ulterior motives."

So my theory is, either the flu virus is currently being manufactured in labs paid for by wealthy industrialists who stand to profit heavily by "accidentally" releasing the virus or it has already been prepared and pharmaceutical company shareholders can take advantage of the panic that the news media and the president has worked so hard to instill, and profit from the sales of a vaccine that immunizes for a virus that does not exist. Or even worse, as people line up to be vaccinated, what they really get shot up with are lethal doses of bullshit.

This idea is not that radical. There is reasonable evidence to support the contention that the World Health Organization, a UN sponsored organization, helped spread the AIDS virus in Africa by way of contaminated hepatitis B and polio vaccinations.

I'm not falling for the administration's latest Chicken Little scenario. I will not run out and get a shot of a worthless vaccine. I will not contribute further to the riches of fraudulent drug makers and White House officials. And I will not allow the government to instill fear and panic over some imaginary virus that could potentially kill me.
