There are many ways students can get involved in Campus life and the Office of Student Activities can show you how. Student organizations are a great way to expand your educational experience, be part of campus life, create new networks, and contribute to the community. Some of the organizations that work directly with the Department of African and African American Studies to benefit students and community include:

- Ngaathaje Development Project
- Support Africa Empowerment Foundation International (SAFI)
