We are pleased that you are applying for admission to Metropolitan State College of Denver. To ensure timely notification, be sure to fill out the application completely and submit all required documentation. Applications are typically processed in two to three weeks from the time of submission. If you have any questions regarding the application, please contact the Office of Admissions at 303-556-3058.

If you are admitted but do not choose to enroll for the stated term, your file will remain active for two additional semesters. After that time a new application, fee and required credentials must be submitted.

For individuals with a diagnosed disability (Attention Deficit Disorder, Learning Disability, Systemic Illness, Psychological Disability, Deaf, Blind/Low Vision) who feel their disability may impact their acceptance or performance at Metropolitan State College of Denver, contact the Access Center for Disability Accommodations and Adaptive Technology at 303-556-8387.

The College uses two categories for classifying applicants: those who are 19 years old or younger and those who are 20 or older. Based on the College's modified open admission system, each category has its own admission requirements and procedures. Complete admission requirements may be found in the current College Catalog.

Applicants holding temporary visas should complete the International Application for Admission, which must be completed instead of this application. The International Application details the specific requirements applicable to international students.

    • ACT or SAT test results
    • Official high school transcript with GPA and class rank
