As a counselor for MSU Denver, Emma hopes to provide students with the resources they need to achieve their goals of higher education and success.
Chantal Baca graduated from M.E.S.A. High School and is in her first year at MSU Denver. She’s interested in majoring in human development and plans to further her education by attending grad school for a master’s degree. She works with the Excel Pre-Collegiate Program at Thornton High School.
“Working at Thornton takes me back to when I was in high school learning about college. I love working with the students and giving them information about higher education. I know what it’s like to be a senior and to be unsure of plans after high school, and for me, to give back to my community by advocating college brings me great joy.
