All F1 visa applicants must demonstrate that sufficient funding is available to meet all college expenses for one academic year.  Original, current, and sealed bank documentation must be accompanied by this Affidavit of Support form completed by the student if using personal funds or by any sponsors if the funding is not from the student's personal bank account.
