Summer Only Students
Applicants 19 years old or younger who have graduated from high school or have received a General Educational Development (GED) certificate and are applying for the summer semester can be admitted under a provisional status. These applicants are not required to submit admission credentials, such as official high school and/or college transcripts, test scores, etc. Students who select this option are not required to complete a New Student Orientation session. Please indicate "Summer Only" under the "Year and term of intended enrollment" section on the Application for Admission.
Summer Only students who wish to continue at Metro State after the summer term will be required to submit a "Change of Status[pdf]" form available in the Admissions Office, Central Classroom room 108, and other required information such as an official high school transcript, ACT or SAT scores (students 19 years of age and younger) and college transcripts if applicable (all students with previous college credit).
