Summer Only Students
Applicants 19 years old or younger who have graduated from high school or have received a General Educational Development (GED) certificate and are applying for the summer semester can be admitted under a special status. These applicants are required to submit either an official high school transcript with graduation date, official GED scores, or official college transcripts with at least 30 transferable hours to qualify for admission. Students who select this option are not required to complete a New Student Orientation session. Please indicate "Summer Only" under the "Year and term of intended enrollment" section on the Application for Admission.
Summer Only students who wish to continue at MSU Denver after the summer term will be required to submit a Status Change Request Form (36 KB) form available in the Admissions Office, Student Success Building 180, and other required information such as ACT or SAT scores (students 19 years of age and younger) and college transcripts if applicable (all students with previous college credit).
