Based on a recent report from CCHE, Metro State is the #1 school in the state for transfer students. In fact, transfer students represent over 60% of all new students to the college. We know that transfer students have unique questions and needs regarding transferring to a new college.

Course Equivalency System
The Transfer Equivalency System allows students to determine how
courses from other regionally accredited Colorado institutions of
higher education may transfer to Metro State. If your school or
transfer course does not appear, please contact the Transfer Services
Office for more information.

Colorado Community College Transfer Booklet (pdf 125k)
This publication is designed for students who attend a Colorado
community college. It will provide you with information about classes
you may take at the community college that will apply to your bachelor’s
degree at Metro State. It also includes information regarding gtPathways,
the state guaranteed general education transfer program, and the
statewide articulation (transfer) agreements in business and teacher
education (last updated 09/07/07).
Colorado Community College Transfer
Guides
The 60 + 60 Transfer Guides provide a coursework plan for students
interested in completing an AA or AS degree within 60 semester credits
at a Colorado community college and then transferring to Metro State
to complete a bachelor's degree with an additional 60 semester credits
in approved major programs. Any major with an asterisk (*) requires
that specific prerequisites be included within the first 60 credits
at a community college. Please see an advisor for additional information.
2+2 Degree Program with Front Range Community College
