Teaming Up for Your Success
Metropolitan State College of Denver and Community College of Aurora (CCA) are teaming up to deliver real success for those interested in studying biology or psychology. Getting your four-year degree has never been closer at hand and closer to home.
The 2+2 Plan at Community College of Aurora
A bachelor’s degree totals 120 credit hours, including general studies courses and some electives. You take the first 60 of those from CCA to earn your associate’s degree (AS/AA for biology, AA for psychology). Those courses then serve as prerequisites for another 60 hours of coursework to earn your bachelor’s degree from Metro State. You take the 100- and 200-level courses from CCA and the 3000- and 4000-level courses from Metro State. It’s that simple.
Job prospects and opportunities for graduate-level education in biology and psychology are expected to continue soaring. Get the education today that will empower you to have a successful career in these in-demand fields tomorrow. Your first two years at CCA center on the same core studies to position you for success in these Metro State baccalaureate programs. Take the first step today!
