This purpose of this handbook is to provide advisors with an inclusive, one-stop shop with answers to common questions.  Although the size of the document may be overwhelming, these suggestions are meant to help maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of usage.

Hints:

  • Please do not print the handbook!  The guide is designed as a "living" document that is updated regularly!
  • Use the "Find" function in Adobe Acrobat to locate topics quickly.  Each question in the table of contents is linked within the document.  Click in a link in the table of contents and it will take you to the answer!
