Get Your Metro State Poster
Metro State student Sofia Castañeda-Meza, who is working on a double major in art and Chicana/o studies, created "Mi Metro", the image chosen to represent the College's 45th anniversary. This is the culmination of collaboration between the office of College Communications and Carlos Fresquez, an art professor and Metro State alum. To picture her nurturing her interest in this new genre is pleasing for Fresquez, who says, "I'd do anything for my students to promote them, getting out in the work scene and community."
The beautiful 16"x 20" posters are available signed for $25.00 and unsigned for $15.00 with proceeds benefiting the College's arts programming and general student program.
