Connecting Alumni, Students & Spirit (CASS)
The mission of CASS is connect alumni, students, & spirit. CASS members work to bridge the gap between life as a student and life after graduation by promoting the great programs and services available to our alumni. We strive to enhance Metro State students' experience by sharing our school spirit and bringing life and excitement to Metro State traditions.
How we create a bridge between students and alumni:
- We play a major role in Homecoming, an effort to build traditions and bring alumni back to campus.
- We represent the student body to the alumni constituency by attending the Alumni Annual Meeting.
- We promote and help students raise money for the Alumni Scholars Program, which pays for the senior year of several deserving students' college education.
How we show our Metro Spirit:
We show our Metro pride by wearing school colors, participating in and promoting Metro State athletic events, giving campus tours to prospective students, and promoting the Metro State License Plate Program.
