Articulation agreement with Community College of Denver and Metropolitan State University of Denver
Metropolitan State University of Denver and the Community College of Denver have an articulation agreement in place whereby students may complete both an associate of applied science degree in Computer Information Systems from CCD and a bachelor of science degree in Computer Information Systems from MSU Denver with a total of 120 credits. The credits from the associate of applied science degree in CIS earned at CCD upon transfer into MSU Denver become part of the bachelor of science degree in CIS so that a student will only need to complete 60 credits to earn it. The attached illustrates how the associate of applied science in CIS degree’s credits transfer into MSU Denver as well as the 60 credits required to complete the bachelor of science in CIS degree.
