Open/ Fitness Swim:

We have a six lane, 25yd heated, year round pool. During our regular pool hours you can lap swim, fitness swim, and use the diving board and diving well.  We have kick boards, fitness belts, hand paddles, fins, and buoys for use upon request.

 

Family Swim:

Family swim gives patrons are offered the opportunity to spend time enjoying the pool, diving boards, and 3 open lap lanes and 3 fitness swim lanes, all with their family.

 

Aqua Aerobics:

This deep water, nonimpact aerobic workout offers the same health benefits of a land class, but leaves out the stress and strain caused by floor impact.

 

Swim Clinic:

We have swim clinic sessions that meet one to two times a week for three to six weeks in length. The swim clinic is designed to improve/perfect all levels of swim ability. Classes are split into three levels. The levels are:

  • Advanced Level: Designed for long term swimmers that are looking to perfect strokes and techniques. Tweaking and tuning themechanics of each stroke to gain speed and help fitness.

  • Intermediate Level: Intended for individuals with some experience in the water, works on perfecting skills

  • Beginner Level: Designed little to no swimming experience and/or ability. May feel uncomfortable in the water or has just never had the opportunity to learn how to swim properly.

There are also Private Swim Clinics and Buddy Swim Clinics available

*We have a number of instructors to choose from that have had many years of experience
