Physically Challenged Program provides one-on-one personal training for people with disabilities. Individual programs are designed and implemented to provide a safe, fun and effective workout for recreational center members who need assistance with their workout programs. The program is FREE of charge for qualified recreation center patrons.
In addition to providing personal training opportunities, the Physically Challenged program provides outdoor adaptive outings like hiking, bowling, water skiing and cycling. Please refer to the semester schedule for a list of current offerings.
