What is Credit for Prior Learning

Credit is available at Metro for college level learning gained through experience, including on-the-job training, advanced placement courses, certain volunteer service and self-study. Most, but not all departments participate in this program. The Center can give you more information about each option, and can help you integrate prior learning credit into your degree program.
