Another thing to consider is setting up an account at GCF Learn Free.  This site is free to use and it has great videos on Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint and Operating systems.  Most of the videos are 2-5 minutes long. There are also printed copies of the material described in the videos. So you have a couple options for learning!
