To facilitate construction of the CCD Confluence Building at 7th and Curtis streets, one of the eastbound lanes of Curtis between 7th and 9th will be closed for the contractor’s use. At certain points, the contractor may need to close the other eastbound lane. Closures will only be done during daylight hours and flaggers will be provided to maintain two-way traffic.
