Technology Training and Education (TTE) is announcing new services and resources, including classes and an updated website and video.

TTE is now offering open-lab opportunities to provide assistance with more complex questions for the following applications:

· Microsoft Office 2010
· Microsoft Office 2011
· Site Manager
· Google Drive

Trainers will be on hand to assist you with your projects and your questions. If you have a particularly complex question, email techtraining@msudenver.edu or open a Help Desk ticket before stopping by, so the staff can be prepared to assist you.

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook classes are now offered as one-on-one trainings and are available by opening a ticket with the Help Desk. In addition, there is a diverse schedule of trainings that rotate every other week. The newest additions are:

· Introduction to the Microsoft Suite Class
· Acrobat X Pro
· Google Drive

If you administer an e-mail distribution list in Lyris, sign up starting in April to learn how to add/remove users to the group, configure the reply options and more.
