Registration will remain open until the conference is full.
Please note:
All persons attending all or any part of the conference must register.
A registration badge will be required for admission to ALL conference sessions and meal functions
No registration will be processed without full payment of the registration fee. Payment in full must accompany the registration form.
All cancellations must be in writing. 50% Refund will be honored until April 26, 2013. No refunds will be processed after 5pm MST on April 26, 2013.
By registering to attend the African American Students in Urban Schools: Critical Issues & Solutions for Achievement conference, you grant permission to the Region VIII Equity Assistance Center (EAC) and the Urban Education Collaborative at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UEC) to take and use your photo in marketing and promotional pieces for an indefinite period of time. Marking and promotional pieces include, but are not limited to, printed brochures, reports, postcards, flyers and materials, as well as online uses such as postings on the EAC and UEC website, online newsletters, and email blasts. The EAC and UEC shall own all rights, including copyrights in and to the photos.
