New students need their Metro State student identification number to obtain username and password. Student ID is only obtained by mail with your acceptance letter or in person at the Office of the Registrar with appropriate photo identification.
FERPA (Family Education Right and Privacy Act)
Metro State maintains educational records for each student who has enrolled at the college. Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), 20 USC 1232g, and the implementing regulations published at 34 CFR part 99, each eligible student has certain rights. Your Registration Responsibilities
After you register for classes, add, drop or waitlist a class, you should print out a copy of the transaction for your records.
