What We Do
The Office of the Registrar provides an efficient delivery of services to Metro State students, alumni, faculty, staff and administration. These services include setting up the student information system for registration including priority registration, working with the departments, CCD, and UC Denver scheduling courses, classroom assignments, and assisting with registration issues. We also maintain all student records, transcript processing, and enrollment verfications. In addition, we provide Graduation Services and Veteran Services in CN 203.
The Office of the Registrar strives to ensure the college is following state, federal, academic, and institutional policy.
This office also provides students, faculty, and staff with direct, convenient, and secure access to information and services, such as, academic history, enrollment, demographic changes, password changes, grades, class lists, and degree requirements (CAPP), etc.
