Read Out Loud Function

Using the Reading Out Loud function will allow you to listen to the document as it would be read by a screen reader. Thus, you will be able to correct the reading order of the document if necessary.

Step 1.

Click on View and locate the Read Out Loud function:

Click on the Activate Read Out Loud:
Step 3.

Click again on View> Read Out Loud: You will see three different options:

Note: If you choose to perform reading of the entire document you may use the Pause and Stop functions. 

 
Step 4.

If the documents lack the use of any images, graphics, tables, columns and reads in the appropriate order you may proceed with performing the Full Accessibility Check.
