Adding Content to the Course Homepage
Note: If you are experiencing issues with Uploading Files, File Manager, Enabling the HTML Editor or the Chat feature, you will need to clear your java cache and java certificates to resolve the issue. Below are instructions for clearing your java cache and java certificates for various operating systems:
- Clearing your cache for Windows XP (

You can use the Course Content (Home Page) tool to create and organize content in logical units that are meaningful to Students.
| Step 1. | From the Build tab , click the Course Content tool |

Click on the Add File button and select Browse for Files . |
| Step 3. | If you want to upload a file from your computer, click My Computer in the Content Browser window.![]() |
| Step 4. | Select your file on your computer and click Open. ![]() |
| Step 5. | If you want to upload a file from your course, click Class Files in the Content Browser window.![]() |
| Step 6. | Select your file and click OK. ![]() |

You can also add a Content Link (such as a Discussion or Assignment) to your Course Content (Home Page) by clicking the Add Content Link button |
