Downloading java

Downloading Version 18 of Java
Step 1:

Open your browser and go to

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javasebusiness/downloads/java-archive-downloads-javase6-419409.html#jre-6u18-oth-JPR

 

Scroll down to Java SE Runtime Environment 6u18

 

 

 

Accept the License Agreement and then click on jre-6u18-windows-i586.exe next to Windows Offline Installation
Step 2:

You will need to create an Oracle Web account in order to download a previous version of Java.

After logging in the file will download. After downloading you can run the .exe file

  
Step 3:

Click on Run.

  
Step 4:

Click on Yes.
This will now install Java for you.
