The most efficient way to convey messages to everyone in the class is through the “Announcements” tool. The Announcements tool has a pop-up delivery option so that your important message is displayed as a pop-up window to students the next time they log in to your class. You can schedule pop-up announcements to begin and end at specified times.
Step 1. |
From the Build or Teach tab , click the Announcements tool |

Step 2. |
Click the Create Announcement button . |
| Step 3. | Type a Title and your Message. |
| Step 4. | Under “Recipients," check the roles that should receive the announcement. |
| Step 5. | Enter a delivery date range for your announcement. |
| Step 6. | Decide whether or not to deliver the announcement as a pop-up message by checking the box under “Delivery Dates." |
Step 7. |
Click Send . |
