Bio:
Frederick teaches Workforce Diversity and Labor/Employee Relations.
She has taught at Metropolitan State University of Denver since 1987.
Frederick serves as an expert witness on management practices and discrimination and has published and presented workshops on diversity at local companies and at national conferences.
Before turning to the study and teaching of management, Frederick spent four years as a research chemist in new product development at a major chemical company.
