Instructor (Position Number CCMLS):
The Category Two instructor for the Colorado Center for Medical Laboratory Science teaches lecture and student laboratory classes in assigned instructional areas of the curriculum. Instruction includes lab preparation. In addition, the instructor oversees clinical site assignments. The instructor also evaluates the educational effectiveness of all assigned coursework and revises and updates course content based on current technical and educational practices in the field. The position performs other course and Center functions as assigned.
Affiliate Faculty (Position Number PT-CMLS-001):
Affiliate faculty members for the Colorado Center for Medical Laboratory Science teach lecture and student laboratory classes in assigned instructional areas of the curriculum. Instruction includes lab preparation. The instructors also evaluate the educational effectiveness of all assigned coursework and revise and update course content as needed or as assigned by the director. The position performs other course and Center functions as assigned.
