Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
The office of Continuing Professional Education administered through the Metro North Campus location participates in the development and delivery of programs that address the continuing education needs of professionals in the community. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are useful for keeping a cumulative record of noncredit study. They are designed for use where employers, re-licensure agencies and other authorities require a specific number of hours of study for career advancement or re-licensure. Programs are evaluated before CEUs are awarded. CEU certification is based on one CEU for each ten (10) contact hours of participation. Certificates are issued and records are held by Metro State's Office of Continuing Professional Education for 7 years or as directed by a given regulatory agency.
Noncredit Paralegal Certificate Course
