FALL REMINDERS

Deadline for Fall Part-Time Faculty contracts to Deans' office is Monday, August 4th, 2008.

• As a result of the accreditation process the contracts have been revised to reflect academic credentials.
• All new employees must submit official transcripts from all institutions from which a degree was received. If transcripts are not received within the first semester of employment the employee can not be offered future semester employment.
• Fall semester pay dates are September 12th, October 17th, November 14th, and December 12th, 2008
• Maximum credit hour load is 9 credit hours.
• Notify the Office of Human Resources immediately of any contract changes at extension 6-5036
• Be sure to print reverse side on all contracts
• Use I.D.# on contracts in place of Social Security Number.
• For extended campus classes be sure to include statement for ECCP classes.
