Fellow Metro State Faculty Members,

President Jordan and the Board of Trustees have made available approximately $2 million annually totaling 8% of total tenure/tenure track compensation (salaries plus funded benefits) to reward high performance among the faculty. This money is available in addition to the current process of base-building pay increases.

The vote by tenure/tenure track faculty will end November 29 at noon.

Refer to the documents on the left for the Proposal and Evaluation Guidelines. Official ballots may be printed from e-mail received by faculty, or they are available at the ballot box locations.

Ballot boxes are available in the Dean’s Office for each School.  Ballots voted at Dean’s offices must be accompanied by a signature sheet.
