The Faculty Evaluation Task Force is committed to working with faculty toward developing new faculty evaluation guidelines. To reach our goal, we cannot complete this task alone!

To help you, the Faculty Evaluation Task Force has developed a form where you can share with us your ideas, comments, and suggestions. Except if you wish to be contacted to answer your questions, this form will remain completely anonymous as it will be sent directly to us from the website.
