Bylaws Charge
Section 12
12.1 Duties.
The Elections Committee shall:
12.1.1 Conduct the elections for President, Vice President, Secretary, and members at large of the Senate President's Council and all standing committees at the last meeting in the Spring.
12.1.2 Conduct other elections as directed by the Senate.
12.1.3 Act as tellers.
12.1.4 Monitor the election processes for which there is a specified procedure in each of the schools and report any and all infractions to the Senate.
12.2 Membership.
The Elections Committee shall consist of five (5) members chosen according to ARTICLE IV, Section 2 of the Bylaws.
