Scholarships

Metro State offers hundreds of scholarships to students every year, based on academics, achievement and financial need.

Here is a sample of the scholarships available to qualified students:

Gene Amole Scholarship:
Full time student - declared Journalism major (print journalism emphasis) - demonstrated outstanding motivation, talent & integrity - 3.0 GPA
The Roy & Shirley Durst Scholarship Fund:
Full time student - Established financial need - Community service - 3.5 GPA
The Reisher Scholars Program:
Full time student - Continuing students with sophomore standing OR New transfer students with junior standing - Established financial need - 3.0 GPA

Application priority consideration deadline
for the Fall 2008 - Spring 2009 academic
year is March 1, 2008.

The Online Scholarship Application is
unavailable between 5pm Saturday and
10am Sunday.
