Bruce O'Donnell
Bruce C. O’Donnell is an investment banker with George K. Baum & Company’s Denver office. Mr. O’Donnell’s practice primarily focuses on underwriting tax exempt bond issuances for the purpose of financing real estate development projects throughout Colorado. Mr. O’Donnell, a fifth generation Coloradoan, has a diverse background in real estate development as well as land-use policy and strategies for all types of real estate projects. Prior to joining George K. Baum & Company, Mr. O’Donnell was president of Starboard Realty Group, which specialized in project management for land development, entitlements and public finance for numerous Denver area development projects. Prior to Starboard, Mr. O’Donnell was market Vice President for Terrabrook, a national master planned community developer and for L.C. Fulenwider, Inc., a Denver based development company. Mr. O’Donnell has a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma Washington.
