Charlie Walling - General Manager, Robinson Dairy
Charlie Walling, a 27 year veteran of the dairy industry, began his career in Dallas as a sales representative for Schepps Diary. In 1992, he became Sales Manager for Schepps Dairy in Houston and in 1997 was promoted to General Manager. Following the Dean Food’s acquisition of Schepps and Robinson in 1999, Walling and his family relocated to Denver to assume the General Manager position at Robinson Dairy.
He is active in a multitude of community and charitable organizations including serving on the boards of the Denver Metro Chamber, Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation, Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Denver Athletic Club, Community College of Denver Foundation and formally St. Joseph Hospital Foundation. In addition, he serves on the Colorado Milk Marketing Board, regulated by the Colorado Department of Agriculture, and was appointed to Governor Ritter’s Department of Agriculture transition team.
